CETC Aircraft Achieves First Overseas Delivery of DA42NG Aircraft

On May 16, CETC Wuhu Diamond Aircraft Manufacture Co., Ltd. (CETC Aircraft) achieved a milestone by delivering its DA42NG aircraft toThai Aviation Industries Co., Ltd. (TAI), marking the company’s inaugural overseas delivery of this aircraft model and a significant step for the “going global" strategy of China’s general aircraft.

At the delivery ceremony held in Thailand, the Managing Director of TAI praised CETC Aircraft’s professional capabilities in his speech:

“CETC Aircraft is an exceptional team that completed the transportation, reassembly, and delivery tasks with outstanding quality within an extremely tight timeframe. They demonstrate robust technical expertise and strong contract execution capabilities, providing critical support for the upgrade of TAI’s operational system.”

The Chairman of BATC, the end user of this aircraft, stated during the delivery ceremony:

“The delivery process was full of challenges, yet CETC Aircraft consistently demonstrated a highly professional and dedicated work ethic, embodying an unwavering, persevering spirit. Their relentless efforts and commitment not only ensured the project's timely completion but also earned our utmost respect and recognition." 

At the ceremony, Mr. Tian Manlin, General Manager of CETC Aircraft, expressed gratitude to TAI and BATC for their trust and support. He stated:

"As a significant milestone in CETC Aircraft's integration with the international market, the first entry of the EASA TC and CAAC PC dual-certified DA42NG into Thailand carries profound importance.
